Perfectly Good is building a smarter way to shop by connecting consumers with quality surplus food from restaurants, bakeries, cafes and food businesses at great prices while helping businesses reduce food waste.

We're launching across Bangalore and are looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to help us onboard restaurants and grow our partner network.

Role: Vendor Onboarding Intern

As a Vendor Onboarding Intern, you will play a key role in expanding the Perfectly Good network by identifying, approaching, and onboarding restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and food businesses onto the platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and gaining hands-on startup experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and food businesses in assigned areas

- Explain the Perfectly Good platform and value proposition to business owners and managers

- Generate leads and build relationships with potential partners

- Collect required business information and documentation

- Assist vendors with onboarding and account setup

- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth activation of vendors

- Maintain accurate records of outreach and onboarding activities

- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights





- Support local activation and growth initiatives

Who We're Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers

- Self-motivated and goal oriented

- Ability to work independently in the field

- Interest in startups, sales, partnerships or business development

- Familiarity with Bangalore's food and restaurant ecosystem is a plus

- Current students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation

- Fixed Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

- Performance Incentives based on vendor onboarding targets

- Certificate and Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion

Location: Bangalore (Field + Hybrid)

Duration: 3 Months

Preferred Start Date: Immediate
