The Enrollment Agent Faculty is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing course information, converting leads into enrollments, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Counsel students on courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by achieving enrollment targets.
- Assist students with the admission and documentation process.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Handle student queries and provide timely support.
- Participate in admission campaigns, events,
and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly enrollment reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers/1 years of experience in admissions, counseling, telesales, or customer service (EdTech experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Target-oriented with solid persuasion and negotiation skills.
