About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Software Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth for our AI-powered software solutions designed for the Interior and Construction industry.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in software/SaaS sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

* Lead, mentor, and manage the software sales team.

* Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.

* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

* Handle negotiations, proposals, and contract closures.

* Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to drive business growth.





* Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reviews.

* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post sales support.

Requirements

* Minimum 4+ years of experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, ERP Sales, or Technology Sales.

* Prior experience in leading and managing a sales team.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

* Robust business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

* Target-driven with a proven record of achieving sales goals.

* Ability to work independently and lead from the front.

* Experience in AI, SaaS, ERP, Construction Tech, Interior Tech, or B2B software sales will be an added advantage.
