Role: Executive/Senior Executive – Holiday Sales and Operations

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations for International Holiday Packages. The ideal candidate will have strong destination knowledge across Europe, Far East, and the Middle East, along with hands-on experience in supplier coordination and booking management to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales and operations for international holiday packages, from lead handling to booking closure and post-booking support.
- Engage with leads generated via the portal, understand customer requirements,
and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Design and customize holiday packages, including itineraries, hotels, and experiences, aligned with customer preferences and budget.
- Conduct hotel price comparisons and recommend optimal options to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with hotels and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to ensure seamless booking execution and on-ground service delivery.
- Drive revenue by actively following up on leads, quotations, and pending bookings to improve conversion rates.
- Handle escalations, guest concerns, and special requests with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Ensure timely processing of vouchers, amendments, cancellations, and reconfirmations in line with defined TATs.
- Negotiate with hotels and DMCs to secure competitive pricing, upgrades, and value-added benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, cancellations, and amendments in CRM/internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience, enable upselling/cross-selling, and achieve business targets.
- Stay updated on international travel trends and destination knowledge, with a strong focus on Europe (France, Switzerland, Italy), Far East (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia), and the Middle East (Dubai).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism or a related field.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in hotel operations, travel operations, or a similar role within the travel industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel booking platforms, travel portals, and ancillary services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders (agents, suppliers, and internal teams).
