Job Title: Care Attendant (GDA Certified) – Fresher

Location: Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana

Experience: Freshers Welcome

Qualification:

- GDA (General Duty Assistant) Certification – Mandatory
- Minimum 10th/12th Pass
- Healthcare/Patient Care certification preferred

Salary:

- ₹20,500 per month (CTC)
- Additional benefits as per company policy (PF, ESIC, Uniform, Training, etc., if applicable)

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
- Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of patient surroundings.
- Assist with basic patient care under the supervision of nurses.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Maintain patient records and care logs as required. Fresh GDA-certified candidates are commonly considered for these responsibilities.
