We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and execution-focused Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams across mobile and web platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the technical vision, scaling development processes, and ensuring highquality product delivery across platforms. This role is critical in guiding the architecture, implementation, and optimization of our digital products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams for web and mobile platforms (iOS, Android, and Web).
- Define and execute the technical roadmap, architecture, and engineering processes in collaboration with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier engineering talent; foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent, secure, and scalable engineering practices across all digital platforms.




- Drive agile software development, CI/CD implementation, code quality, and high availability systems.
- Collaborate closely with QA, and development teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.
- Balance technical debt and innovation by maintaining code quality and pursuing opportunities to modernize stacks and infrastructure.
- Track key metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and product stability, availability, and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-platform teams (mobile & web).
- Proven track record of scaling high-performing engineering teams and building largescale consumer or enterprise applications.
- Strong technical knowledge of web frameworks (React, Angular, etc.), mobile app development (Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, or React Native), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize across competing demands.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth tech company.
- Hands-on coding experience in earlier roles is a plus.
