About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. This internship offers practical exposure to the end-to-end hiring process and HR functions in a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Support onboarding activities and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Assist the HR department with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Prepare recruitment reports and update hiring trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
