Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient GSA-Housekeeping to join our team in Ibis Pune Viman Nagar, India. As a Guest Service Associate specializing in housekeeping, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces according to established standards and procedures
- Properly use cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals while adhering to safety guidelines
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping matters
- Restock guest room amenities, linens,



and supplies as needed
- Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness, functionality, and maintenance issues
- Report any damages, deficiencies, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain organized storage areas and manage inventory of cleaning supplies
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
- Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
