- Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and internal teams
- Handle sampling and product development follow-ups
- Maintain order sheets, costing details, and documentation
- Follow up with suppliers for materials and approvals
- Assist in pricing, negotiation, and order confirmations
- Prepare merchandising reports and status updates
