We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Executive to join our team and manage day-to-day back-office operations and order processing. This role is critical to ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage daily orders from our e-commerce platform
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for order dispatch and tracking
Handle returns, replacements, and cancellations efficiently
Maintain and update inventory records across our e-commerce platform
Upload and manage product listings, pricing, and stock availability
Respond to customer queries via email/chat related to order status, delivery issues, etc.
Generate daily and weekly reports on sales, inventory, and order fulfillment
Ensure compliance with platform policies and service level agreements
Support the e-commerce manager in other operational and administrative tasks as needed
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, back office, or similar roles
Strong knowledge of e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and order management software
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have:
Experience with ERP systems or inventory management tools
Knowledge of product listing optimization and catalog management
Prior experience with customer support or logistics coordination
