Job Summary

- Lead BIM coordination for electrical systems
- Ensure clash-free, coordinated, and buildable models
- Manage team, client coordination, and project delivery

Key Responsibilities

- Lead coordination of electrical BIM models (LOD 350–400)
- Manage clash detection and resolution process
- Conduct coordination meetings with all disciplines
- Track and close coordination issues
- Review and validate:

- Electrical models
- Shop drawings
- Installation details
- Ensure compliance with:





- BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Naming standards and LOD requirements
- QA/QC procedures
- Coordinate:

- Conduit and cable tray routing
- Electrical rooms and equipment layouts
- External utilities and duct banks
- Guide and mentor BIM modelers

- Monitor project progress and deliverables

Technical Skills (Electrical Knowledge Required)

- Solid understanding of:

- Lighting systems and control
- Power distribution and load management
- ELV systems (FAS, ICT, Security systems)
- Building Management / Automation Systems
- Ability to review and coordinate:

- Electrical schematics and single line diagrams
- ELV and BMS network diagrams
- Circuiting and panel schedules
- Cable routing and containment systems

Software Skills

- Evolve or SysQue
- Revit (advanced user)
- Navisworks Manage (advanced clash detection)
- Revizto (issue tracking and coordination)
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

Experience Requirements

- 8+ years in BIM (Electrical)
- 3+ years in coordination or leadership role
- Experience in infrastructure projects (Metro, Airport, etc.)
- Knowledge of international BIM standards (ISO 19650 preferred)
