Roles and Responsibilities :

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of barges, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with shipyard teams to plan and execute dry dockings, repairs, and refit projects.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend vessel lifespan.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and efficient operation of the fleet.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Job Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance schedule.
- Experience working on barges.
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.




- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with marine engine maintenance and repair procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
