- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule trips for patients needing ambulatory transportation.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or emergencies.
Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers and clients.
- Communicate trip details, special instructions, and any changes to the drivers.
- Handle incoming calls from clients, drivers, and medical facilities.
Plan the most productive routes for drivers to minimize travel time and fuel costs.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
