About the Work

We're a group running three very different businesses, a psychiatric hospital, a residential school, and a chit fund company, and we need a freelance creative who can make each of them look sharp, credible, and scroll-stopping on social media and ads.

This is ongoing project work, not a single gig: think monthly content shoots, campaign creatives, and on-demand video/photo needs across all three brands. If it goes well, this becomes a steady working relationship with predictable monthly work.

What You'll Be Doing

- Shoot and edit short-form video (reels, ad creatives, testimonial-style content) on location at our hospital, school, and branch offices
- Shoot and edit photography for social posts, ad campaigns, and website use
- Produce scroll-stopping creatives for paid ad campaigns (working closely with our in-house marketing lead on briefs and targeting)
- Adapt tone and visual style per brand, clinical and trustworthy for the hospital, warm and aspirational for the school, credible and local for the finance company
- Turn around edited content on a reasonable timeline (we'll agree on deadlines per project)

What You Need

- A solid portfolio, Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, or ad creatives you've personally shot and edited (send links, not just a resume)
- Own camera/gimbal setup and editing software (CapCut, Premiere,



or similar), you bring your own gear
- Comfort shooting real people in real settings (patients' families, students, staff) with sensitivity, especially at a healthcare facility
- Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality

Nice to Have

- Experience creating content specifically for paid ad campaigns (not just organic social)
- Basic motion graphics/text animation skills
- Prior work with healthcare, education, or finance brands
