Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager from the paint industry to oversee and manage daily production operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of acrylic paint manufacturing, shop floor management, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor
- Ensure smooth manufacturing of acrylic paint products as per quality standards
- Handle and manage labour workforce effectively
- Monitor production processes and optimize efficiency and output




- Maintain production schedules and ensure timely delivery targets
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company guidelines
- Coordinate with other departments like Quality, Maintenance, and Stores
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the paint/ manufacturing industry

Hands-on experience in acrylic paint production

Strong knowledge of shop floor operations and labour management

Good leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace

Willingness to work in night shifts if required
