Job Summary

Que Developers LLP is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintain a welcoming reception area, and efficiently handle front office operations while providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.




- Assist with basic office coordination and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Prior experience in front office or receptionist roles will be an added advantage.
