We are hiring - CRO (Collections)

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and motivated individuals to join our Collections Team as a CRO (Collections). The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, following up on scheduled loan repayments, resolving payment-related queries, and supporting collection activities while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers regarding scheduled loan repayments
- Assist customers with payment-related queries and concerns
- Conduct field visits as required for collection activities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth collection operations
- Support collection targets through regular customer engagement
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with customers

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in Collections,



Customer Service, Banking, NBFC, Microfinance, or Field Operations will be an added advantage

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities
- Customer-centric approach
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
