*About the Role*

We are online direct property listing platform ( like - 99 acres , housing, nobroker) , -helping Owners, Agents, and Builders rent/sell properties with *Zero Agent Commission*.

We are looking for *hunters, not order takers*.

As a *Senior Sales Consultant*, you will be responsible for selling our premium subscription plans directly to *Property Owners, Real Estate Agents, and Builders* over calls.

This is a *target-driven & commission-heavy role*. Only apply if you are confident in closing and achieving numbers.

*Key Responsibilities / Challenges*

1. *Target Based Selling:* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets by selling subscription plans

2. *Outbound Calls:* 60-80 calls/day to generate and convert leads into paid customers

3. *Consultative Selling:* Explain NXTsft subscription plans to 3 customer types: Individual Owners, Property Agents, and Builders

4. *Conversion Focus:* Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals on phone. No field visits

5. *CRM & Follow-ups:* Maintain 100% accurate records, follow up till closure, ensure customer onboarding

*Self Lead Gen:* You will get company leads + you are expected to do self-source to meet targets

*The Challenge:* You will be selling a paid product in a market used to "free listings". Your job is to prove ROI and close.

*Eligibility / Who Should Apply*

1. *Experience:* 2- 10 years in Telesales, Inside Sales, BPO Sales, Real Estate, SaaS, or Subscription Sales

2. *Language:* *Mandatory - Fluent in Regional Languages, Hindi, and English, for calling across Your state.

3. *Skills:* Robust negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills

4. *Mindset:* Self-motivated, disciplined for WFH, and hungry for incentives

5. *Freshers with exceptional sales skills may apply* but must clear sales assessment
