Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Planning Manager to lead and oversee the planning and scheduling of large-scale hospitality construction projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of project planning methodologies, hospitality sector standards, and a proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project schedules (WBS, timelines, milestones) using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders (design, procurement, construction) to ensure timely planning, coordination, and execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management through dashboards and reports.
- Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and identify potential delays with mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cost control teams to align schedules with budget forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality brand standards, building codes, and client requirements.
- Manage planning teams and mentor junior planners across multiple projects.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants,



and vendors to track deliverables and resolve planning issues.
- Participate in client meetings, reviews, and approvals related to planning functions.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in project planning within the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years in hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, luxury developments, etc.).
- Strong command of Primavera P6, MS Project, and project control tools.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and local regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Preferred Experience:

- Projects involving 4-star or 5-star hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality spaces.
- Working with reputed hospitality brands or real estate developers in India.
- Experience managing planning on both EPC and turnkey projects.
