Roles & Responsibilities:
Contact prospective customers through phone calls.
Introduce and explain products or services in a professional manner.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Schedule follow-up calls and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer support.
Meet daily calling and performance goals while maintaining quality.
Requirements:
10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
