Job Purpose

To provide safe, timely, and reliable transportation for company executives, employees, and guests using the company-owned Maruti Suzuki Ertiga. The Driver is responsible for maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition while ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely drive the company Ertiga for official duties, including local and outstation travel.
- Pick up and drop company executives, employees, customers, and visitors as assigned.
- Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals while considering traffic conditions.
- Maintain the vehicle in clean, neat, and roadworthy condition at all times.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (engine oil, coolant, tyres, brakes, lights, battery, etc.).
- Ensure timely servicing, maintenance, insurance renewal, PUC, and fitness certificate compliance.
- Maintain vehicle logbook, fuel consumption records, mileage, toll receipts, and travel expenses.
- Report any accident, breakdown, or mechanical issue immediately to the reporting manager.




- Ensure availability of all mandatory documents in the vehicle (RC Book, Insurance, PUC, Driving License).
- Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with loading/unloading light luggage, documents, or materials when required.
- Be available for emergency or extended duty, including weekends or holidays, if required.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 10th Pass (Higher qualification preferred).
- Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.

Experience

- 3–8 years of experience as a Company Driver or Executive Driver.
- Experience driving MPVs/SUVs such as Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, Innova, or similar passenger vehicles preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of Gujarat road network and nearby states.
- Experience in outstation driving will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
