Responsibilities

- Sales experience in the Staffing & Placement domain is a must
- This position involves interacting with the decision makers like CEO, Directors and Head of Management for new client acquisition.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goal
- Achievement of sales revenue target.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Quarterly reviews with customers and Management.
- To keep good and maintain relationship with customers
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Responsible for developing trust relationship with a portfolio of major clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for supporting hiring teams.
- Responsible for acquiring thorough understanding of key clients and requirements.
- Strategic planning and hiring for the clients to increase the closure volume.




- No delay in follow up with stakeholders and clients
- Build long-term relationships with current and existing customers
- Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Preferred candidate profile:

· Proven experience of 5+ years in manpower staffing in Aero and Non-Aero.

· An individual with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.

· Highly Dedicated Individuals who are hardworking and with extreme determination.

· A sales mindset, to effectively communicate to the prospects and achieve revenue targets.
