We build automation systems for Sydney gym owners, real estate agents, and migration agents — systems that save them real hours every week, not vague "efficiency." I'm looking for a sales associate who can help us turn interest into signed clients.
This isn't a call-centre role. You'll be working across the full sales process — from the first outreach call, through leads coming in from our Facebook ad campaigns, all the way to closing. Some clients will want to meet in person before signing, so there'll be occasions where you're representing
What you'll be doing
● Cold calling prospects from our target lists (gyms, real estate agencies, migration agents)
● Following up on inbound leads generated through our Facebook ad campaigns — these are
warmer conversations, not cold ones
● Qualifying leads and booking discovery calls
● Closing deals yourself once you're across the product and process
● Occasionally meeting clients in person (Sydney-based) when a deal needs that extra step to
close
Compensation
● Commission-only, uncapped — you're paid on what you close
● Full visibility on deal value and commission structure from day one
Who I'm looking for
● Comfortable on the phone and confident in person — this role covers both
● Able to handle rejection and keep going without losing energy
● Organised enough to manage both cold outreach and inbound leads without letting either slip
● College graduates and part-timers welcome — this is a genuine prospect to build real B2B sales experience, not just take calls
● Prior sales experience is a plus but not required if you can show me you can hold a
conversation and push for a close

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
