Job Summary

RYDME Private Limited is looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in handling social media accounts and publishing content.

The candidate will manage the company’s social media pages, schedule regular posts, write captions, publish Stories and Reels, respond to messages, and coordinate with the design and marketing teams. Women candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company’s Instagram, Facebook, and other social media accounts.
- Publish regular posts, Stories, Reels, and promotional content.
- Prepare and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Write captions, hashtags, promotional copy, and basic social media content.
- Schedule posts according to the content plan.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for social media creatives.
- Ensure all content follows the brand’s visual identity and communication style.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and customer queries.
- Respond to basic customer messages professionally and promptly.
- Track engagement, reach, followers, and other social media metrics.
- Research social media trends, audio, hashtags, and competitor content.




- Assist in planning product launches, influencer collaborations, and campaigns.
- Prepare basic weekly or monthly performance reports.

Required Skills

- 6 months to 1 year of social media handling experience.
- Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts.
- Knowledge of posting Reels, Stories, carousels, and static content.
- Good caption-writing and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of hashtags, engagement, reach, and social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
- Ability to manage a content calendar and meet posting deadlines.
- Creative thinking and solid attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience working with perfume, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG brands.
- Comfortable appearing in or coordinating basic social media content when required.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite is preferred.
- Creative, organised, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple team members.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
