- Requirements

- - Minimum 6 years of experience in software development, with 4+ years in any of the technologies like .net, java, react, QA automation, mobile development etc.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of managing and leading successful development teams.
- Strong technical skills and experience in software development, with a good understanding of the latest technologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Responsibilities

- - Manage and lead a team of developers, ensuring that they are motivated, productive and focused on delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team,

- Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure that software solutions meet customer needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that software solutions are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
- Act as a point of contact for technical issues and provide support and guidance to the team to resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing feedback and support to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to learn and grow their skills.
