We are looking for a creative and passionate Junior Designer to join our Design & Product Development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, colour, trends, and product detailing, along with excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming ideas into commercially viable products through innovative design and visual storytelling.

The candidate will work closely with the Design, Sourcing, and Product Development teams to create collections across innerwear, apparel, activewear, and lifestyle categories.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

- Develop creative concepts for seasonal and core collections.
- Create original design sketches, CADs, technical illustrations, and product renderings.
- Prepare presentation boards, mood boards, colour stories, and design themes.
- Translate design concepts into detailed tech packs for sample development.
- Create print artworks, graphics, placement prints, branding elements, and packaging concepts.

Creative Research

- Research global fashion, colour, fabric, print, and silhouette trends.
- Analyse competitor products and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Build seasonal inspiration boards and maintain a design library.
- Generate fresh ideas that align with the brand's identity and target consumer.

Software & Technical Design

- Create high-quality product illustrations using Adobe Illustrator.
- Edit images, prepare presentations, and develop marketing visuals using Adobe Photoshop.
- Develop accurate flat sketches, technical drawings, colourways, and artwork files.




- Organise and maintain digital design files and artwork libraries.

Product Development Support

- Work with the sourcing and merchandising teams during sample development.
- Review development samples and suggest improvements in design, fit, colour, trims, and finishing.
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout the development process.

Collaboration

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, Marketing, and Production.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new collections.
- Assist in creating presentations for internal reviews and customer meetings.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.

- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign (preferred).

- Good understanding of garment construction and technical drawings.
