Key Responsibilities:
- Handling policy renewals and endorsements.
- Preparing and sharing insurance quotations.
- Coordinating with clients and insurance companies.
- Managing policy documentation and records.
- Resolving customer queries related to Non-Motor insurance policies.
- Ensuring timely processing of renewals and endorsements.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Non-Motor insurance.
- Good knowledge of renewals, endorsements, and quotations.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
