We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have 1–4 years of accounting experience and possess sound knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and Tally/ERP software. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, assisting with statutory compliance, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.

Prepare and record journal entries, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

Prepare and maintain sales and purchase registers.

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

Generate invoices and follow up on customer payments.

Verify vendor bills and process payments.

Maintain petty cash and expense records.

Prepare MIS reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks when required.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Assist the Accounts Manager in routine finance activities.





Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or M.Com.

1–4 years of experience in accounting.

Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in ERP software is an added advantage.

Experience in handling accounts for logistics, infrastructure, electrical contracting, or similar industries is preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
