· Manage the complete Accounts Department and ensure smooth daily operations.

· Supervise and guide the accounts team, assign work, and monitor performance.

· Ensure all pending accounting work is completed accurately and within deadlines.

· Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.

· Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and financial analysis for management.

· Monitor manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, WIP, and finished goods valuation.

· Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance.

· Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and government authorities.

· Maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.

Support management with financial planning and cost control initiatives
