Experience

1–3 Years (Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply)

Qualification

- Diploma / ITI (Automobile / Mechanical)
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- Automobile knowledge preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Receive customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain service estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
- Keep customers informed about service progress.
- Ensure quality inspection before vehicle delivery.
- Explain completed work and billing details.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Promote periodic maintenance and value-added services.
- Maintain service records and customer satisfaction.

- Basic Technical Knowledge of Two-Wheelers
