Featherlite is a leading brand in modular office furniture, known for ergonomic designs, quality products, and exceptional service. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our retail store operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Lead the sales team and achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client queries
- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse
- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and displays are updated
- Train and motivate staff for better performance
- Prepare daily sales and stock reports
- Follow company policies and ensure billing accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 3–5 years of retail or showroom management experience




- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sales-driven mindset with positive customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS software)
- Knowledge of office furniture is a plus

Working Hours:

- 6 days a week
- Weekly off on a Sunday
