Development Lead

- Lead and mentor a team of 20+ developers, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Architect and design scalable and efficient full-stack solutions using Angular, NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB




- Ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, optimizing for performance, security, and scalability
- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high coding standards and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team meets delivery timelines
