We are looking for a Data Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL, Excel/Gsheets, Python, and a solid understanding of root cause analysis (RCA), KPIs/metrics, and statistical modeling. The role requires a deep understanding of statistics and probability, along with effective communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations. Experience in thefintech domain is a plus.

Experience: 3-5 Years

Qualification: B.E/B.TECH (Computer Science/IT) or MS-IT College degree
from an accredited institution; Domain Related Qualifications preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science,
Finance).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on SQL,Excel/Gsheets, and Python.

Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and statistical modeling techniques.

Proven experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and developing KPIs/metrics.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,



with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in the fintech domain is an added advantage.

Familiarity with data visualization tools and creating visualizations in Excel.

Good knowledge of Pandas and NumPy.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel/Gsheets, and Python to extract meaningful
insights.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify issues and provide data-driven solutions.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess business
performance.

Build and validate statistical models to support data-driven decision-making.

Interpret and communicate complex data findings to stakeholders in a explicit and concise
manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver
analytical solutions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and the fintech
domain.
