Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Ideation Brainstorm, script, and shoot high-engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts). Stay ahead of social media trends, viral audio, and platform algorithm changes to pitch timely content ideas. Repurpose long-form content or business concepts into bite-sized, value-driven social media posts.

2. Editing & Production Edit raw footage into clean, rapid-paced videos using mobile or desktop apps (CapCut, VN Editor, Premiere Pro, etc.). Add engaging captions, text overlays, sound effects, and transitions to maximize viewer retention. Maintain a consistent visual aesthetic and tone that aligns with our brand identity.

3. Strategy & Engagement Collaborate on a weekly/monthly content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule. Write compelling captions and optimize hashtags/keywords for searchability (SEO). Monitor video performance metrics (views, watch time, engagement rate) to understand what resonates with the audience.

Qualifications & Skills Note:

We care way more about your portfolio, eye for trends, and execution skills than a fancy degree.

Portfolio Required:



A link to your own active social media channels or a portfolio showcasing short-form video editing/creation you've done. Tools of the Trade: Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, VN) or professional software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut).

Trend Literacy: An innate understanding of what makes a video hook a viewer in the first 3 seconds. Communication: Strong scriptwriting skills; ability to explain complex ideas simply and engagingly.
