Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Stores, Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth supply chain operations.
- Monitor the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other required items.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding material availability, delivery schedules, and pending orders.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, material requisitions, delivery schedules, and supply-related documentation.
- Track incoming and outgoing materials and ensure timely movement.
- Coordinate with logistics and transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track shipments and follow up on delays, shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, purchase orders, dispatches, deliveries, and supplier details.
- Support demand planning and ensure materials are available as per production requirements.
- Analyze supply chain data and prepare regular reports for management.




- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve supply and delivery issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost, delivery timelines, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers, transporters, and other business partners.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Logistics Operations.
- Strong vendor and supplier coordination skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Inventory Management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
