Job Summary

The Electroplating Supervisor is responsible for supervising the electroplating process, ensuring high-quality metal finishing, maintaining production targets, managing operators, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily electroplating operations.

· Monitor plating processes such as zinc, nickel, chrome, copper, silver, or other metal coatings.

· Ensure production targets are achieved within the specified timelines.

· Maintain plating bath chemistry, chemical levels, and process parameters.

· Inspect finished products for coating quality, thickness, adhesion, and appearance.

· Identify and resolve plating defects and process issues.

· Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams.

· Ensure preventive maintenance of plating tanks, rectifiers, pumps, and related equipment.

· Maintain production, quality, and chemical consumption records.

· Train operators on plating procedures, safety, and quality standards.

· Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

· Minimize chemical wastage and improve process efficiency.

Required Qualifications





· ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, or Production Engineering.

· 3–7 years of experience in electroplating or surface finishing.

Skills Required

Salary 25000 – 35000 per month

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
