We are looking for a highly cross-functional Senior Product Development Manager (App) to take end-to-end control of our app product roadmap and backlog prioritization. In this role, you will hold real authority over UX/design mechanics for both our core app and premium e-paper modules. You will step outside pure requirement-gathering to act as a core metrics owner, answerable for active retention, session depth, crash-free performance rates, and overall app store placement scores.

Key Responsibilities & Core Problems to Solve

- Product Differentiation: Carve out a distinct product value proposition for Patrika App within a competitive terrain filled with structurally identical news and e-paper bundles.
- Rethink Product Engagement: Eradicate the standard single-page "read and bounce" consumer pattern found on the mobile web by designing interactive, sticky native features.
- Optimize E-Paper Experience: Perfect the premium-tier subscription gate and e-paper replica reader—leveraging one of Patrika's most reliable trust differentiators.
- User-Centric Synthesis:



Routinely analyze raw user app reviews, support requests, and behavioral data while bringing Growth, Revenue, and Editorial heads into alignment.

Experience & Scale Requirements

- Comprehensive product management background overseeing a consumer media or content app scaled to millions of users.
- Direct experience shipping and iterating on paid-content engines, paywall gates, or complex replica-digital layouts.
- Extensive cross-functional coordination experience alongside active newsroom editorial setups.

Critical Disqualifiers

- Product management experience confined strictly to B2B or enterprise SaaS environments; consumer media requires an entirely different design intuition.
- No direct familiarity designing paywall models, subscription options, trial configurations, or churn win-back flows.
- Never having built solutions within the unique operational and velocity boundaries of a live newsroom workflow.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
