Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong full-cycle recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding IT consultants for US clients. The candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience hiring OPT and CPT candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment
- Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, universities, social media, and internal databases
- Strong experience in hiring OPT and CPT candidates
- Conduct screening interviews and initial assessments
- Coordinate the recruitment process until consultant onboarding
- Work on employment types such as W2, Corp to Corp, and 1099
- Perform cold calling and rate negotiation
- Build and maintain a robust consultant database




- Work closely with client accounts and understand consulting requirements
- Stay updated with trending IT technologies and market demand

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Experience in LinkedIn sourcing and passive candidate hiring
- Good networking and sourcing abilities
- Knowledge of US employment terms and tax structures
- Target-oriented and team player

Experience Required:

- Minimum 2 years of US IT Recruitment experience
- Total work experience 2 to 5 years preferred

Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree required
