We are looking for a immigration counsellor who will be able to handle our clients and grow along with us. We emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality of our services. What we want is a smart and hardworking staff who is willing to learn and progress in the education and migration industry.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Handling walk-ins and on-call client queries.
Customer Relationship Management.
Communicate effectively the benefits and opportunities of overseas education to our clients.
Handling and tracking student admission process using software.
Ability to handle social media platforms.
Ability to work well with individually and along with a team.
Other ad-hoc activities.
Key Skills:
Customer Relations , Overseas Education Management, Time Management, Team skills, Flexibility, student counselling, positive attitude and migration counselling.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Ability to converse well in English/Hindi or Malayalam.
Positive knowledge of Computers and Microsoft office applications.
Long term commitment preferred.
Have to convert leads and inquiries into customers. (Added Bonus on achieving goals)
