Job Description: PGT Teacher

- Institution: Dee Novo School, Dumka, Jharkhand
- Role: Full time (Classes VI–XII) | Salary: ₹220,000 – ₹275,000/annum*

Key Responsibilities

- Instruction: Deliver engaging lessons aligned with "CBSE standards".
- Planning & Tech: Create learner-centric lesson plans and integrate smart boards/digital tools.
- Assessment: Conduct tests, evaluate projects, and maintain academic records.
- Mentorship: Guide students’ overall development and actively participate in PTMs and school events.

Eligibility

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree + B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Preference: CTET Paper-II qualified; 2–5 years CBSE experience (Exceptional freshers considered).
- Skills: Excellent communication, classroom management, and proficiency in MS Office/digital aids.
