KRA :

Revenue and Sales Targets

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual room revenue goals.
- Drive high occupancy and maximize Average Daily Rate (ADR) through strategic pricing.
- Grow food and beverage (F&B;) and banquet/event sales via corporate bookings

Client Acquisition and Prospecting

- Identify and convert current corporate accounts and institutional clients.
- Conduct a set quota of weekly outbound sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
- Research local, national, and regional market trends to spot untapped business segments.

Account Management and Contracting

- Negotiate, finalize, and renew Annual Rate Contracts (ARCs) with corporate houses.
- Manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs)



accurately and promptly.
- Retain key accounts and foster long-term loyalty through regular client reviews.

MICE and Group Booking Execution

- Secure lucrative group bookings, conferences, and corporate retreats.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the operations, front office, and F&B; teams to deliver flawless event execution.

Reporting and Market Intelligence

- Maintain up-to-date client records and pipeline data in the hotel’s CRM or property management system.
- Submit accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance and forecasting reports.
- Monitor competitor pricing, marketing tactics, and corporate strategies.
