We are looking for a dedicated, technically skilled, and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining pneumatic air tools and power tools while ensuring excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and service pneumatic air tools, power tools, and related industrial equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs at the workshop or customer site.
- Inspect tools and identify faults, replacing defective components as required.
- Test serviced equipment to ensure proper performance and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate service reports, job cards, and repair records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules, spare parts, and technical support.
- Ensure timely completion of service jobs while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in servicing pneumatic air tools, power tools, or industrial equipment.
- Good knowledge of pneumatic systems, electric power tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel for in office service when required.

Pay: Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
