Experience in US Healthcare Insurance Billing

Robust patient communication and customer service skills.

Knowledge of appointment scheduling and insurance verification.

Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.

Understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare processes.

Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Ability to work in US shifts/night shifts.

Good multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in Insurance Verification Payment Posting, Denial, Calls with the Patients

Prior experience handling US patients is highly preferred.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Insurance Verification.

Pay: ₹8,874.93 - ₹45,000.00 per month
