- The general skills and abilities related to your area of work - Marketing research, gathering and analyzing data, decision making, marketing planning, presentation, etc.
- Familiarity with software technologies and concepts.
- Prior sales / marketing experience in the software/technology field.

Work Functions
- Build near- and long-term marketing strategy in line with the company's vision and way of business.
- Work closely with the graphic designer / communication designer and R&D; to create marketing content for marketing campaigns, social media, and the website.
- Work with all teams to design, curate, and execute customer engagement and communication activities.
- Manage sales team in sales support and lead conversion.
- Present a report to the team every month on sales and marketing activities.
