Job Title: School Marketing Executive/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to enhance the school’s brand visibility.

* Plan and manage admission-focused marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and support admission targets.

* Organise and execute on-ground promotional activities, events, outreach programmes, and local marketing initiatives.

* Build and maintain robust collaborations with playschools, preschools, educational institutions, and relevant community partners.

* Generate leads through school partnerships, events, referral networks, and field marketing activities.

* Work closely with the admissions team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of marketing-generated leads.

* Plan and monitor digital marketing initiatives across social media, online platforms, paid campaigns, and other digital channels.

* Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution, creatives, branding, and promotional materials.

* Track campaign performance,



lead generation, conversion outcomes, and return on marketing efforts.

* Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in school marketing, education marketing, brand promotion, or lead generation.

* Strong experience in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns.

* Proven ability to generate leads and support their conversion into admissions.

* Good understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, online campaigns, and lead-generation strategies.

* Experience in collaborating with playschools and educational partners will be preferred.

* Comfortable with extensive fieldwork, local outreach, events, and on-ground promotional activities.
