Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Billing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling Tally entries, billing, purchase and sales follow-up, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and generate invoices and bills accurately.
- Enter purchase, sales, receipts, and payment transactions in Tally.
- Maintain purchase and sales records and update data regularly.
- Follow up with customers regarding sales orders and payments.
- Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders and deliveries.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
- Assist in preparing reports and supporting daily accounting activities.
- Perform general administrative and office tasks as required.

Requirements

- Any Degree, B.Com, BBA,



or Diploma in Accounting/Commerce.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of GST billing and invoicing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Location: In Person – Ganapathy, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
