Key Responsibilities

- Perform assigned duties efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence within the premises.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns courteously.
- Support management in achieving operational goals.




- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification as required for the respective position.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, customer service, security, housekeeping, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory for all positions.
