Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Zoho Creator.
- Customize Zoho CRM as per client business requirements.
- Develop advanced Deluge scripts for automation and business logic.
- Build workflows, approvals, blueprints, functions, schedules, and validation rules.
- Configure CRM modules, layouts, fields, related lists, page layouts, and automation.
- Develop custom portals and business applications on Zoho Creator.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Work on Zoho Flow integrations.
- Develop reports and dashboards.
- Perform application testing, debugging, and optimization.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation wherever required.
- Provide implementation, migration, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.




- Participate in project planning and estimation.

Required Skills - Must Have

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho platform.
- Strong experience in Zoho Creator.
- Strong experience in Zoho CRM customization.
- Excellent knowledge of Deluge scripting.
- Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth.
- Experience with workflows, Blueprints, approvals, and automation.
- Positive understanding of relational databases.
- Ability to understand business processes and convert them into technical solutions.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Job Type: Full-time
