Job Summary

TIPS-G Alwar is looking for a skilled and passionate Software Developer & Trainer who can train students in software development and programming technologies through practical, project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students.
- Teach programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or other relevant technologies.
- Explain programming concepts, OOPs, DBMS, SQL, Data Structures and Web Development.
- Guide students in developing real-world projects and applications.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, coding exercises and practical assessments.
- Solve students' technical doubts and provide one-to-one mentoring.
- Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Help students develop industry-ready coding and problem-solving skills.
- Keep training content updated according to current IT industry requirements.
- Conduct project demonstrations, coding activities and practical sessions.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of software development and programming.




- Good hands-on experience in programming language.
- Knowledge of Web Development and Database concepts will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical way.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring and working with students.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications

- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills can also apply.
- Software development or training experience will be preferred.

Experience

0–2 years / Fresher can apply
Candidates with prior teaching, training, internship or software development experience will be preferred.
