Position

Counsellor cum Instructor

Number of Vacancies

12 Positions in Each District of Uttar Pradesh

As JV Career Development Centers are being established across all districts of Uttar Pradesh, candidates will be considered from every district.

Work Location

Posting will be provided in the candidate's home district or nearby location, subject to operational requirements and vacancy availability.

Employment Type

Full-Time

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

(Monday to Saturday)

Salary

₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month

(Based on qualification, communication skills, experience, interview performance, and overall suitability.)

Performance-based career growth opportunities will be available.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

- Candidates with good English communication will be given preference.

- B.Ed. qualification will be preferred.

- Candidates having educational counselling or training experience will have an added advantage.

Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and a strong learning attitude may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

The Counsellor cum Instructor will be responsible for both student counselling and classroom training.

Major responsibilities include:

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding JV Career Development Programs.

- Conduct student counselling sessions professionally.

- Motivate students to improve their career readiness.

- Deliver daily classroom sessions on Personality Development and Interview Preparation.

- Train students in Communication Skills and Confidence Building.

- Guide students in Resume (CV) preparation.

- Conduct Mock Interviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Assist students in career planning and goal setting.

- Support students in job application processes.

- Maintain student attendance and progress records.

- Coordinate with district management for daily reporting.

- Participate in promotional and awareness activities whenever required.

- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive learning environment.
